BBQ Tofu Sliders: Marinated, seared tofu served on a slider bun with coleslaw, onion rings, and a spicy BBQ sauce
Sweet Potato Black Bean Tacos (GF): Gluten-free mini taco with spiced sweet potato and black beans, red cabbage salad, pico de gallo, and a jalapeño cashew crema
Chickpea Salad Lettuce Wraps AKA Chickpea of the Sea (GF): Like tuna salad but with chickpeas! Salad is served with pickled red onions in a Boston lettuce leaf
Dessert is a delightful surprise!
